Your organization has decided to conduct lobbying and/or political activities. What should you do to make sure you are reporting these activities properly? This session will discuss the limitations on lobbying and political activities by various types of nonprofit organizations, when a 501(h) lobbying election is beneficial for a public charity, and what additional filing requirements and disclosures will result.
