The importance of having a clear, well-written and comprehensive policies and procedures manual in place and developing a framework for balancing controls with operating efficiencies will be emphasized. The effective use of process maps and charts versus word documents will also be discussed. Participants will leave this session with the tools and techniques necessary to successfully develop and implement a policies and procedures manual.
